Unscrew and remove the existing dual shower head from the wall tube with pliers. Wipe the threads of the pipe wall clean with a cloth to remove any dust and dirt that can cause leaks in the new connections. And also wrap Teflon tape along the threads of the pipe wall.

Screw the longer part of the T-tube to the wall tube, turning the coupling end of the T-tube clockwise. Wrap Teflon tape around the two threaded pipes on the other end of the T-tube. Screw the dual shower head in each tube. Turn on the water to the shower.
